History

2000: Acquisition from Optus of 712 mobile tower sites around Australia. The company took over responsibility for security, tower and ground maintenance as well as site leasing arrangements.

2001: Acquisition from Vodafone of 669 mobile tower sites in key markets, together with site maintenance and property services on all Vodafone sites.

2007: Acquisition of 50 mobile tower sites from Hutchison within key Sydney and Melbourne markets.

2008: Acquisition from Vodafone of an additional 140 mobile tower sites around Australia with a concentration of sites in New South Wales, Victoria and Queensland.
