Site Maintenance Services
The Crown Castle Australia Maintenance team provides planned and unplanned maintenance services on approximately 3,000 sites Australia-wide.
The Site Management Centre (SMC) at Crown Castle Australia, working with our Field Operations Supervisors and maintenance contractors, can provide a range of scheduled planned maintenance services and 24/7 response for unplanned maintenance.
Our SMC team is experienced in both the operations of telecommunication facilities and the deployment of field resources to ensure site issues are resolved rapidly and at minimal expense. Utilising internally developed IT systems and processes, our team can deliver effective management, tracking and reporting for these maintenance activities, ensuring all stakeholders are kept adequately informed.
In addition to maintaining our own 1,600 base stations, Crown Castle Australia has been conducting maintenance services for the last 9 years on approximately 2000 other customer facilities located across Australia. The delivery of these customer services has been governed by rigorous service level standards that our maintenance teams have consistently achieved.
