General Property Management

- Utilising our Site Management Centre we coordinate consent for site access, handle day-to-day landlord enquires and issues related to your facility. This can include deployment of personnel to your site to manage any property related issues or landlord disputes.

Lease and Outgoings Administration

- Utilising our database and financial management IT systems, our team has the ability to administer and manage lease payments together with all land tax, rates and electricity. We can also oversee all payment queries, conduct reconciliations, manage back payments, plus track and report site payment issues.

- Crown Castle Australia offers property re-negotiation services as an end-to-end service, with the potential for integrated legal services and a site acquisition team that is focused on saving or relocating sites at risk of relocation. Lease renewal and expiry dates are tracked through our financial management software which ensures negotiations are commenced within appropriate timeframes to reach a solution that meets our customers' needs.
